20 years in design, sales, project management, service, and design build of state of the art Data/Network Centers emphasizing high reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Design specialties include integration of Precision Environmental Cooling Systems, Uninterruptible Power Systems, Power Distribution, and Comprehensive Monitoring Systems for the critical Data Center space.

8 years of design and sales in Building Automation Systems including Temperature Control, Fire Alarm, Security, and Intelligent Building Systems.

20 years managerial involvement and implementation of design parameters, specification writing, financial analysis, marketing and training programs, project management in both the private and public sectors.  Coordinated the efforts of governmental agencies; block grants, MBE/MBW requirements, bond referendum disbursements, regulatory and investigative consultation.

Management consulting that included structure, negotiation and facilitation of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, financing of multiple business and real estate projects.
